Terms of use

Draft. The final version is published before HoodFlow opens to the public.

Version 16-10-2026

These terms are the agreement between your business (“your shop”, “you”) and HoodFlow Tracker (“HoodFlow”, “we”). HoodFlow Tracker is run by [Fill in: business name], a [Fill in: sole trader or limited company], at [Fill in: postal address]. You agree to them when you sign up. HoodFlow is for businesses, not for personal use.

1. What HoodFlow is

Software for running a bodyshop online: jobs, customers and cars, quotes, invoices, payments, stock, expenses and reports.

2. Free trial and plans

3. If a payment stops

If the trial ends without a plan, or a plan is cancelled or not paid, your shop becomes read-only: you can still look at and download everything, but not add or change anything. Choosing a plan switches it back on.

4. Your data is yours

5. What your shop is responsible for

6. Fair use

Don't use HoodFlow to break the law, send spam, store anything you have no right to, try to get into another shop's data, or overload or attack the service. Each plan has limits (jobs a month, logins, photo space, AI questions) shown in the app.

7. Keeping the service running

We work to keep HoodFlow available and your data safe and backed up, but we can't promise it will never be down. We may change features to improve the service; we won't take away a main feature of your plan without telling you first.

8. Stopping an account

We may pause or close a shop that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Unless it's urgent or the law stops us, we warn you first and give you time to download your data.

9. Limits of what we owe

Nothing here limits what the law says can't be limited (for example death or injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, we aren't liable for lost profit, lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what your shop paid us in those 12 months.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before. If you don't agree, you can close your account before then.

11. Law

These terms are under the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
