These companies store or handle data for HoodFlow. Each has a written agreement with us that protects the data the same way we do.

• Supabase

  Database, photo and file storage, logins.

  Where: London, UK · Always

• Vercel

  Runs the HoodFlow website and app.

  Where: London, UK (company based in the USA) · Always

• Cloudflare

  The "I'm not a robot" check on sign-up and quote forms.

  Where: Worldwide network (company based in the USA) · On those forms

• Anthropic

  The AI helper: your question and the shop's records it needs to answer. Not used to train AI models.

  Where: USA · Only when your shop uses the AI helper

Coming soon

We'll add these when the features start, and tell shops 30 days before:

• Stripe

  Taking plan payments. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.

• An email company

  Sending emails from HoodFlow (sign-up, invoices and quotes sent for shops).

• Sentry

  Tells us when something breaks: the error message and page, with emails, phone numbers, postcodes and number plates taken out first. Kept in the EU (Germany).

A shop that connects its own mailbox (Settings › Email) sends through its own email company. That company works for the shop, not for HoodFlow.
